One martyr fell and several Palestinians were injured as a result of direct shooting by Israeli occupation forces marching against settlements expansion and in support of occupied Al-Quds.
The Palestinian Health Ministry announced Saturday at dawn, the martyrdom of released prisoner Yahya Ali Adwan, 27 years old, due to injuries he sustained after the Israeli occupation forces opened fire on him in Kafr Qaddoum village, east of Qalqilya city.
On Friday, nine Palestinians were wounded by rubber-coated metal bullets, including two children, and dozens suffocated as the Israeli occupation army suppressed the weekly Kafr Qaddoum march against Israeli settlements’ expansion.
The march began on the last Friday of the month of Ramadan after performing the Friday prayers from Omar Ibn Al-Khattab Mosque, with the participation of hundreds of townspeople, who chanted patriotic slogans in support of Al-Quds and its people stationed in Al-Aqsa.
In a related context, the Islamic Endowments Department in occupied Al-Quds indicated Wednesday that about 250,000 worshipers flocked to Al-Aqsa Mosque to participate in the last Friday prayer of the blessed month of Ramadan in spite of Israeli repressive measures.
Throughout the holy month of Ramadan, the Israeli occupation forces brutally attacked Palestinians stationed in the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque and fired rubber bullets at them, gravely injuring young men and journalists, not to mention women and children.
