The Russian Foreign Ministry stressed that Russia will continue work on expanding the stop-list of UK citizens over the anti-Russian actions of the UK government

Moscow bars from entering Russia 49 employees of the UK’s largest media outlets, as well as UK military commanders and defense officials over London’s anti-Russian actions, according to a statement published by the Russian Foreign Ministry on Tuesday.

“Due to anti-Russian actions by the UK government on introducing personal sanctions against our country’s leading journalists and the heads of companies of the domestic defense complex, a decision was made to include in the Russian stop-list the leaders and correspondents of a number of the largest British media outlets as well as members of the military command, military and industrial complex and the UK’s defense lobby,” the agency stated.

According to the statement, the list, in particular, includes Minister for Defense Procurement Jeremy Mark Quin, Fleet Commander and Chief of Joint Operations Benjamin John Key, Air Chief Marshal Michael Wigston, Deputy Commander Strategic Command Robert Andrew Magowan.

The Russian Foreign Ministry stressed that Russia will continue work on expanding the stop-list of UK citizens over the anti-Russian actions of the UK government. “Work on expanding the Russian stop-list will continue,” the statement emphasized.
