SputnikAlgeria established the International Agency for Cooperation and Development (IAEA) with the aim of development in Africa, which aims to support development projects in the Sahel-Saharan region.
He believes that the tensions are having a significant impact on the Algiers plan and the development projects that were being worked on in the region.
He pointed out that many projects could be stopped, foremost of which is the gas pipeline project from Nigeria through Niger to Europe, as a result of the political turmoil in the region.
According to Abdelkader, the volume of cooperation between his country and African countries remains timid despite attempts to increase exchange, but the association of many countries with Europe has limited exchange between African countries and each other, but Algeria is working within the free trade agreement to support raising the volume of exchange and strengthening cooperation between the two countries.
