Maha Hussaini, strategy director at Euro-Med Human Rights Monitor, says Gaza residents have nowhere to go to escape Israeli bombardment.
“Last night, many residential neighbourhoods were targeted. The southern part of the Strip bore the brunt of the attacks,” Hussaini told Al Jazeera from Gaza.
“Entire neighbourhoods have been evacuated. Around 50,00 people have been evacuated from their homes so that the Israeli forces can bombard whole squares and wipe out entire neighbourhoods. People have nowhere to go. They have no shelter,” she said.
“People are going from a targeted area to an area that will be targeted.”
