The exchange rate of the Russian ruble rose against major currencies today, Thursday, and the dollar traded below the level of 78 rubles, and the euro below 86 rubles, for the first time since last April 3.
By 15:58 Moscow time, the dollar exchange rate had fallen by 1.25 kopecks (ruble = 100 kopecks) to 77.97 rubles.
While the euro exchange rate fell by 1.77 rubles to 85.95 rubles, and the Chinese currency fell by 20 kopecks to 11.25 rubles, according to Moscow Stock Exchange data.
